ELIGIBILITY

Garage Valley is exclusively for teen musicians ages 13-18. By using our service, you confirm that:

• You are between 13 and 18 years old
• You have permission from a parent or guardian to use this service
• You are located in or near the East Valley area of Arizona

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Garage Valley is a positive community for young musicians. You agree to:

• Be respectful: Treat all members with kindness and respect
• Be honest: Provide accurate information about yourself and your musical abilities
• Be safe: Meet other members in public places with parent awareness
• Be supportive: Encourage other musicians regardless of skill level

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
• Sharing inappropriate content
• Misrepresenting your age or identity
• Soliciting personal information from other members
• Using Garage Valley for any commercial purpose

MEETUPS AND SAFETY

When meeting other musicians through Garage Valley:

• Always tell a parent or guardian where you are going
• Meet in public places for initial meetups
• Consider having a parent present or nearby
• Trust your instincts—if something feels off, leave

OUR SERVICE

Garage Valley is a free service that connects teen musicians. We:

• Do not guarantee you will find bandmates
• Are not responsible for interactions between members
• May modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Reserve the right to remove members who violate these terms

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Music you create with bandmates you meet through Garage Valley belongs to you and your bandmates. Garage Valley claims no ownership over any music created.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Garage Valley is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Garage Valley after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
